Our accommodation is located 25 minutes from Lake Der and in the center of the Vitryat vineyard. La Grange is a place for you to rest in the countryside surrounded by greenery and to recharge your batteries in a quiet and simple setting. Motorcycles and bicycles will have a shelter. Cars will be parked in front of the accommodation. Sheets and towels provided, tea, coffee and herbal teas available. One pet per reservation. Bread and groceries 5 minutes away, all necessary shops 10 minutes away in Vitry-le-François. Champagne tasting 5 minutes away. Nigloland, Reims and Verdun are 1 hour away.

Our 170 m² family cottage in Champagne, located in Vitry-en-Perthois in the Marne department, is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped vacation home allows you to discover the vineyards and champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area offers a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, cozy and peaceful space.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

We are pleased to welcome you to our small, cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to night. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (the windows are not overlooked from the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.

It is a traditional house in a small Marnais village of about 170 inhabitants and almost as many animals, including cows, chickens, dogs and cats…
