Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement de qualité. A great place to stay! We have been to the city many times and this place is exceptional! First, the property is exceptional, second the hosts are lovely and the suggestions guide is great! Third, the location is within 200 m of a great bakery, grocery story, cafe, restaurants, and public transportation. A VERY convenient and usable location which is located in a lovely part of the city. When I return I will rebook the location.

Céline is very attentive and responsive person, my stay was 5/5, it was very cozy and clean house. 3 floor house in the nice neighbourhood, close to public transport, and walking distance from city centre. It feels that home decoration was made with love and with a light vintage touch. One of my best stays in Brussels. Totally recommend

Brüssel ist definitiv eine Reise wert! Der "Garten" war verwuchert und wirklich nur zum kurzen "Erleichtern" für den Hund geeignet. Generell ist Brüssel, bzw. wahrscheinlich ganz Belgien, ein Land der krassen Gegensätze. Beispiel: Es gab eine, bestimmt mega teure, intelligente, Sensor- Duscharmatur(die uns den letzten Nerv geraubt hat), dafür war die Treppe zum Garten für uns praktisch nicht benutzbar und das Edelstahlgeländer wacklig... :-) Nathalie hat uns allerdings so super per Mail betreut, dass da locker drüber hinweg gesehen werden kann!! Es würde sofort geantwortet und es gab tolle Tipps und Tricks für ganz Brüssel. Mit dem Bus dauert es eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum. Gerne wieder!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez Philippe pour un déplacement professionnel et tout était parfait. Appartement très bien équipé, proche de toutes commodités, quartier très paisible, on se sent comme à la maison. Philippe a toujours été très réactif et disponible par téléphone. Merci pour ce séjour

This is an exceptional property. If you are lucky enough to have a chance to stay here, grab it. If you know Belgium, you'll immediately know what a treasure this is. If you don't know Belgium, this is a great spot from which to launch your exploration. The host and her daughter are fantastic - responsive and friendly. The place is comfortable and peaceful and beautifully decorated. I drove past it for years while living in Bruxelles, and wondered what it was like inside. I finally got a chance to not only see it, but to stay there. It exceeded my expectations. Wow!!!

Heerlijk appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Fijn ingericht en alle ruimte. Heerlijke tuin in een rustige oase, die toch goed te bereiken is van de leukere wijken van Brussel. Communicatie met Katrien is erg soepel. Gratis parkeren op het terrein

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kind und einem Hund in Anthonys Villa. Es ist wie beschrieben ein toll ausgestattetes Anwesen mit einigen zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten, wie dem fest eingebauten Kaffeevollautomaten, der keine Wünsche offen lässt oder dem Kühlschrank der die Eiswürfel für die Getränke liefert. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, dessen Wassertemperatur auch morgendliches Schwimmen ermöglicht. Anthony und Bea sind sehr hilfsbereite, gut erreichbare Gastgeber und haben uns freundlicher Weise einen late checkout ermöglicht. So konnten wir auch den letzten Urlaubstag in Ruhe angehen. Sehenswert in der Umgebung sind Waterloo (10 Min Fahrzeit) und Brüssel (40 Min Fahrzeit). Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Anthony und Beas Villa. Vielen Dank dafür!

Luxe huisje, gelegen op een heel rustige plek. We hebben er heerlijk geslapen in een fijn bed. Een auto is nodig om de mooie omgeving te verkennen, maar het zijn mooie ritten in de omgeving waar de Slag van Waterloo heeft plaats plaatsgevonden. Maar ook Brussel is dichtbij. Het is maar 25 minuten met de trein tot midden in het centrum. Het station is op 10 minuten rijden van het huisje. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, en als je vragen hebt krijg je meteen antwoord. De ontvangst en introductie bij aankomst zijn hartelijk en goed. Geen verassingen. Isabelle en Alain zijn een prettige gastvrouw- en heer.

Armelle Place has been lovely, bit cold at the arrival but once the heating was turn on it became quickly homey. It is furnished with all the comforts. We rented the house for new year, with our dog and cat, to be away from fireworks and the city, and it was the best idea. The house has a big garden but on the add was missing the pictures of the back of the house, which is sided by a road. This was a bit of a problem to leave the dog and the cat off leash. So something to keep in mind :) all in all highly raccomand

Un immense merci à Christian pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, calme et extrêmement agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, reposant et sans aucune fausse note. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente. Encore merci Christian pour cette belle parenthèse ! Ps : Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le bouquet de fleurs 💐 Charlotte et Bastien

Stany’s villa is fantastisch en Stany is een geweldige host! Reageert heel snel op vragen en probeert altijd mee te denken. Zo mocht ik eerder inchecken om de woning vast te versieren. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren schoon en de tuin was prachtig! Zeer ruime villa, de slaapkamers zijn exact zoals op de foto’s. Ook genoeg ruimte voor een grote groep, ook voor alle boodschappen. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen! We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad.

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende im Haus von Maud. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme mit der besonderen Einrichtung und den vielen Haustieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war ausreichend Platz für uns da und der Pool hat die Ausstattung abgerundet. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In liefen einwandfrei. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ein schöner und besonderer Aufenthalt!

Sarah received us with an outstanding place. The house is perfect to fit a family or group of friends to explore Mechelen surroundings. With a great location to visit other Belgium cities. The park entrance at 2 min let you explore an incredible park, I will totally recommend to visit it. All local recommendations shared by Sarah were incredible. Enough space to park a car o bikes in a safe location. We were surprised with mechelen of how peaceful and beautiful it is

L'appartement est très convivial et respecte ce qui est est indiqué sur l'annonce. Il se situe dans un quartier tranquille permettant d'accéder facilement aux lieux populaires de Bruxelles. De plus, Lior est un hôte réactif et sympathique qui reste à l'écoute du début à la fin du séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Très bel appartement ! Très grand avec un extérieur agréable ( il faudrait juste le rafraîchir un peu ). L’appartement se trouve a proximité d’un supermarché ainsi que du tram 4. Le quartier est chouette Hotel arrangeant, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure prévue Je recommande ! 😊

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

Staying here really felt right at home. Host is responsive and helpful. Clear with instructions. Very clean and aesthetic apartment. Bed is very comfortable, sleep was 10/10 Beautiful surroundings from balcony. Recommend it 100%

We enjoyed staying at Marion's. The studio is cute and practical. The bathroom and back windows are beautiful. Comic books are a plus. Merci!

We arrived late so Jean Louis met us and welcomed us to the apartment Its exactly as shown in the photos with lovely touches, fresh fruit, a coffee machine with kettle, microwave, a hob, oven and fridge with freezer, all of the utensils crockery you might need And an extremely low priced mini bar with wine The shower is amazing, the apartment quiet comfortable and within walking distance of central Brussels Jean Louis gave us great recommendations of where to go and directions and Marc was extremely prompt at replying to messages and he has been kind enough to registered post back my purse to me in ireland when i forgot it The only drawback is we would have liked to have stayed longer and we had to leave so early Monday morning we left dishes in the sink, food in the fridge and didnt get to empty the bins .. apologies We hope to stay again and explore Brussels more in the future Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment with us Patricia and Richard

superbe logement, propose et bien à agencé pratique même à 4 plus un bébé. Le centre de Bruxelles est facile d'accès. parking très pratique.

J’ai passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui est très pratique, et il y a même un lave-linge, idéal pour les séjours prolongés. L’emplacement est top, et l’hôte a été très actif. Je recommande sans hésiter!
