Fabi's apartment is a spectacle! Everything is new, well-equipped kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, large sofa, and what can I say about the view! 😍😍😍 A spectacular high floor where we have a view of the rooms and living room to the sea, waking up with this view every morning was a 🙏🏻 wonderful blessing😍😍😍! Fabi was very attentive from check-in, she welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend your space, and we will definitely be back 👍🏻👏🏻😉

We decided to spend our honeymoon in Blumenau, and choosing the loft was perfect. We were able to enjoy moments alone, such as cooking together, having a barbecue, drinking wine while watching a movie. And we also enjoyed the best of the city for being so close to the sights, especially Vila Germânica. The condominium also offers several excellent amenities and is very quiet overall. We definitely recommend it to others who want to get to know the city!

Everything was fine and very well organized. The environment is comfortable and has everything for you to feel at home, impeccable cleaning. The building has several nice activities. The location is very good and has a beautiful sea view. The contact with the hosts occurred perfectly. I recommend and would come back more often.

can stay in this one, for sure you will love it. Very good home. All clean and towels bedding everything impeccable. Full kitchen can take the ingredients. And prepare your meals. Totally quiet street. very good to sleep no noise . Raquel quickly answers the messages . I liked it too much, I intend to come back next year .

The outdoor area is delightful, too bad it was very cold. But we still enjoyed our weekend. I recommend and we want to go back.

We love staying in the chic house. Spotless Space. Great rooms. My children loved.. my husband and I chose the balcony room. It was sensational to wake up every day and without getting out of bed and having that incredible view of the sea... and the sunset seen from the jacuzzi will stay in memory. We will definitely come back more often.

An all-round perfect stay – absolute recommendation! The place was just amazing! Very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Particularly attentive: There was water and even delicious cookies ready for us – a super nice gesture that only confirmed the great first impression. The location was ideal – quiet, but still well connected, with lots of nice cafes and shopping nearby. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. You felt immediately welcome. I would come back at any time and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Receptive and helpful hosts, they gave me all the support I needed. The house is in accordance with the photos, clean environment, several shops in the area and close to the Navegantes airport, I really liked the place.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
