Beautiful home, perfect location, and great hosts. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our family of five. The pictures look great but the home is even better upon arrival. Highly recommended for short or long stays in Austin.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb studio! The space was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was incredibly central—close to everything, which made getting around super easy. The host, Sandra was amazing—friendly, responsive, and available whenever I had a question. The studio came fully stocked with all the amenities I could ask for, and having a private backyard was a wonderful bonus. Sandra allowed our dog to stay and had everything to make our furbaby at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and very clean rental. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Peaceful location. Nadia made sure to have many amenities that makes your stay that much easier to manage and enjoy. Washer and dryer are brand new, which is a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Greg and Amanda are incredible hosts! We would absolutely stay at any of their properties going forward. They are very responsive, easy to communicate with, have clear instructions for everything, and just kind and welcoming. The space itself is the best Airbnb one could dream of in Austin, especially for a long term stay--very clean, spacious, functional and well designed with comfortable beds, a well equipped and stocked kitchen, and a very large office space with actual office desks (incl a standing one). The way the house is situated made it very private, and you are happily transported to an urban oasis the moment you walk through the front door. The serene lake view offers much needed energy boosts and relaxation throughout the whole day, and the screened in porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while gently swaying in the swinging bed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the house is equipped with everything you could ever think of. Book it!
