Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Here you can not only experience life in a tree top cabin, but you can also visit the nice animals we have on our farm. We also sell meat from the farm that can be delivered to the cabin and grilled at your private gapahuk by a cozy pond. Here the children can swim and use the rowboat. There are also nice hiking trails for walking, skiing and cycling.

The stone cabins at Kastad farm are located undisturbed in fantastic natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has stunning views of Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. This cabin / house is an excellent fit for those who want to get out into the mountains a bit while being only 15 minutes down to Brumunddal city centre. In the winter there are nice ski tracks right outside the door and the atmospheric cabin combined with the sauna creates the perfect winter experience. The house is also suitable for those who need a place to stay for a shorter period of time while renovating their house, or looking for something new. A cheap holiday / residence for small to large families.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
