Full accommodation. Fully equipped, bright and comfortable, with separate bedroom. The apartment is a duplex. On the ground floor you will find the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Kitchen, living room and dining room are upstairs. Sleeps a couple + 1 child. Located in the center of the village, with the bakery 50 meters away, and an organic grocery store 100 meters away. A kebab snack bar 50 meters away. 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from Creutzwald or Saint-Avold.

Upstairs, a bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, living room, relaxation area (billiards, foosball, darts, library) Outdoor area (bocce ball, T de T, picnic table, basketball, swimming pool/summer). Wooden hangar-type house 15 minutes from the Metz-Nancy highway, 25 minutes from Metz city center and 45 minutes from Nancy Nearby services (Aldi, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, tobacconist, café).

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bathroom linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. Outside, two terraces including one with a shed and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The town of Xocourt is located 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all amenities (catering, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

The accommodation is independent, new, bright, pretty, with small kitchen, bathroom with spacious shower, 2 large comfortable beds which are in 2 different rooms, terrace, large parking, perfect for couples with one or two children, also solo travelers.
