From the organic shop, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or bathroom in 10 minutes. You can get to the city or the BHF with line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/station Neckarau (7 minutes walk).

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is located on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance and has 2 rooms with about 40 square meters, a well-equipped pantry kitchen, dining area, daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm.
