Summer in beautiful Valdres?

Here, about 950 m above sea level, you can relax and enjoy beautiful nature. An amazing mountain terrain summer, autumn and winter. Outside the door there are lots of hiking opportunities on signposted trails. In addition, there are miles of ski slopes in the winter, and an eldorado for mountain skiing. 20 min drive to Valdres Alpine Resort. Nice fishing/bathing water nearby. Aurdal is located at Valdres golf club with a great golf course. Beitostølen is 45 min away, where you can aim for larger mountain peaks in Jotunheimen. 15 min to drive to Kiwi

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

Welcome to Liaåsen and beautiful Trulsebu. Here you can really relax while enjoying the silence and the view of Sørheimstølvatnet, the forest and the mountains. This is the place for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as great nature experiences. The cabin, which is an annex, offers a room that contains a good bed, dining area and a small kitchenette with fridge, a small stove and everything else you might need. You can only get to the cabin by car.

We had the most incredible stay at Wenche’s cabin during our honeymoon in Norway. The cabin itself is finished to a very high standard—modern, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with peaceful surroundings that made it the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the area. Despite the tranquillity, the town was just a short drive away, offering a great selection of restaurants, shops, and cosy cafés to explore. Wenche was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in the cabin and the experience she provides. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's accommodation! The small cabin in the middle of the Norwegian nature was perfect for a super cozy, romantic night and absolutely one of our highlights. We were welcomed, the cabin already warmed by a crackling fire and candles lit. Hot coffee, tea and macarons invited us to sit in front of the small fireplace and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view over the lake. Everything is well thought out, with lots of details that make you feel like you're in a five-star hotel. As the cabin is located between fields and forest, there is no electricity or running water (we recommend bringing drinking water). But Eva has a smart and unique solution for everything. The “restroom” was the best it could be and absolutely fine for one night. We can recommend the dinner 100%, it was again very well thought out, delicious and lovingly prepared. (vegetarian on request) Just bring a book, a bottle of wine and enjoy some time out!!! Many thanks, Eva!

Amazing cabin with truly beautiful views. Loved having the BBQ grill. Good quality gravel road to get to the cabin, with many switchbacks. It takes around 10 minutes to drive there from the main road - not good if you're scared of heights!

Had a great time! The cabin was very nice, with fantastic views. We particularly liked the many small hiking trails, the sauna and the cozy fireplace. A note: The access costs about 3 euros per trip up – it would have been good to know that beforehand. Overall, however, a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back!

An amazing place in an amazing location, very helpful hosts with plenty of communication and help with local activities. The lodge was immaculate with plenty of utensils and china for the kitchen and very warm in the snow. (The sledge was also a nice touch and very fun) thank you for letting us stay, I hope to stay again some time
