Familientaugliche und barrierefreie Wanderwege erreichen Sie in nur 5 Autominuten Im Winter sind es nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Familienskigebiet Niederalpl.

Das familienfreundliche Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer neuen Wohnanlage im Stadtteil St. Sebastian. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Ruhe finden - Natur Erleben – Aussteigen auf Zeit PS: Wir haben auch ein neues zweites Objekt am Standort ("Loft am Waldrand mit Aussicht"). Unser Hof liegt in Alleinlage auf einem Hang in Richtung Westen auf 800 Meter Seehöhe, umgeben von eigenen Wiesen, Weiden und Wäldern. Hier herrscht Ruhe und Einsamkeit. Ladestation für Gäste verfügbar.
