The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

The approximately 78 m² 3-room apartment is fully furnished. Almost all furniture and electrical devices were newly purchased in 2023. The bathroom was newly renovated in early 2023. Bus and train connections to Hanau, Frankfurt am Main or the airport are within walking distance in a few minutes. Dogs are allowed after consultation with the host. Families with children and bikers are welcome. The mopeds can safely park in the yard.

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.

One room in the apartment is currently not in use. So you'll have the upper floor to yourselves. Frankfurt City is 20-30 minutes away, depending on traffic. A bus stop, gas station and Italian restaurant are 200 meters away. A supermarket (REWE) is 1 km away.

My mother-in-law stayed on site and was very happy. Martina is very friendly and helpful. The room and apartment are very neat and clean. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping and S-Bahn very close. We were very happy and satisfied, highly recommend it and will be happy to book there again.

Very good location in the old town, several restaurants within minutes walking distance. The apartment was very quiet, we didn't hear anything from the other residents. The place was exactly as described, excellent value for money. We didn't meet Roswitha in person, but she responded very quickly to every question.
