Incredible house within a quiet community. My family loved the amenities and the space the house holds. Felt at home. Will be returning in the near future.

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

While staying in Susy Perez home, it was quite comfortable and private. We found it quite accommodating for our needs and was big enough to fit enough 7 people or more.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and cozy, spotless, and full of charm. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Our amazing host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving out thoughtful snacks. Every room was comfortable and full of little touches that showed how much care went into the space. We truly didn’t want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, this is the perfect place !

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. It was very clean and organized. Perfect for easy access to the local amenities.

The host was very responsive every time we reached out. The house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and several children to stay for a family vacation. The pool was clean and the bathrooms had plenty of room. The only issue we encountered was the instructions for checking in with the keypad were different than what was in the written instructions. Richard was almost immediate to provide updated instructions though and no complaints. Plenty of towels for the pool and lots of memories made.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was lovely, very clean, and had everything I needed. Lore was extremely responsive, attentive, and made sure I felt welcome the entire time. She was friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well kept stay.

David and Lavonda were top tier hosts. Hands down the greatest AB&B experience. We were having a family medical emergency trip from Houston to Brownsville we booked our stay for one month and our hosts helped make us feel right at home and were very understanding of our situation. We had such an amazing time during our stay. The condo is Close to everything so we didn’t need to drive. The beach was close by and the pool at the location was awesome. Great place for our family trip

we enjoyed our stay, Raul was very attentive, called us and make sure that we got inside the house. not everyone does that we will come back and stay there for sure if available.

Very nice stay. Great location, we were in town for both a trip to south padre and some family events in Brownsville and it was super easy to get to both areas. Very comfortable for our group of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was just right for our family of 5! Pool was literally right around the corner. Great place for a family. Family friendly pool and beach. Mario our host was always very responsive and kind. Priced reasonably and had the best of both worlds with huge pool and beautiful beach within walking distance. We will be back!

this was my first time renting a airbnb and I’m happy I chose this place, a good 2-3 minutes away to the beach, was super comfortable had some space for me to bring my portable crib for my son, they had some essential as well just in case we forgot I truly appreciate the stay here I have recommended you trying this place and give it a chance for the price it is , it was worth it 🙌🏻

This was a great place to stay. It was close to lots of activities and had everything we needed! Our host left all the info we may require for our stay and we really didn't need to reach out to them for anything as it was all already taken care of.

Place was just as described, host was very responsive on all questions and even resolved needs to fulfill our requests. Location was easy to find and everything was within walking distance including the beach. We loved the stay and can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Jessica’s place! The condo had everything we needed. The balcony and view are wonderful! Many restaurants within walking distance either via beach or the road. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Condo and the access was easy and pools were great. We had plenty of room and the Condo was a perfect fit for our family, will rent the place again.

Robert was a fantastic host. The space looked just like the photos and had super clear instructions. Robert kindly left a list of recommendations as well as some basic necessities for the unit. We’ll definitely be coming back when we come to SPI next!
