So many great things to say about this place !! Let me tell you Franny is a very nice and polite host, we had no coffee and she immediately brought not only coffee but tea and cappuccino for our breakfast 😊there is sooo many great activities and a we wished we could have had more time to relax and enjoy this beautiful park the swimming pool that was sparkling clean a hot tub so inviting and the recreation room was amazing pool tables ping pong my absolute favorite and the evening walking my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ! Franny is the best host thank you for this amazing night stay we will definitely return 😊

Small but cozy. It worked well for me. If you are over 6 foot tall you will need to duck in the shower.

What an amazing stay! I have to say Zaida went above & beyond to accommodate all our needs throughout our stay starting from the very beginning. She really is a great host! The pompano house really was special and our multigenerational family really enjoyed our time there. The kitchen provided for all our cooking needs. It’s a great location for a nice peaceful stay that is still close enough to all the action. We are already looking forward to a return trip

We had an amazing family vacation at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for our kids, with plenty of room to relax and play. One of the highlights was the heated pool—we requested it in advance and it was warm and ready when we arrived, which made a huge difference for our little ones. The location was also fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. The host was thoughtful and very responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families visiting South Padre Island—we'll definitely be back!

This listing is everything Farrah described it as. For us, it was the perfect stay since I grew up here and was in town visiting family. We were able to get everywhere we needed to in 10-20 minutes (including to the Island). Having 3 BR/3 BR was perfect for us, we were always on the go and this helped speed up our plans. Port Isabel has a great little downtown area and of course SPI has tons to do. This listing was the perfect place for us, beautiful, cozy and close to everything. Farrah was quick to answer and was so proactive, exactly what you want from the host. Don't miss out, lock this place in...you will not be disappointed!! We will defiantly rent this again.

This was our second time staying at this location and loved it every time! I bring my boat so it’s so convenient to have the slip available and I feel safe knowing my boat is behind a locked gate.

Excellent stay and facilities

Loved the place! It was on the first floor which was great for my mom who has trouble climbing stairs. Very clean with pretty decor that made it feel like home. Only downside was how tiny the pool is, however it was expected because the pictures from listing are accurate so I wasn’t disappointed. Close to beach access and beds were comfy!

Gloria was a very friendly and gracious host. The location was very clean and easy to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming down to brownsville. It’s quiet with high speed internet overlooking a golf range.

We loved that the beach was in walking distance.. never had to get the car sandy. My kids loved the pool and the back door access was nice. Dollar General at the end of the street for any last min needs. Also, lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed as far as pans and utensils.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The water view was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or winding down in the evening. We loved having easy access to fishing right from the property, which made the trip even more memorable. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors!
