A cleaning deposit of €350 will be required upon arrival (cash). Cleaning fee included (€50 included in the final price). However, please leave the accommodation as clean as possible. You will be in the Gâtinais Regional Park quite south of the Paris region 4kms from the Loiret only. The GR 655 runs along the south side of the cottage. Located 75kms from Paris, 90kms from Disneyland Paris, 35kms from Fontainebleau, this small peaceful cottage is ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends.

Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering). Two crash pads are offered in the rental. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

You will appreciate the calm, rest, and charm of this house. It is ideal for stays for families (children's games) or groups of friends. The house is independent with an enclosed garden. Close to climbing rocks and 1 hour from Paris. The provision of bed linens (beds made upon your arrival), towels and household linens are included in the price.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other cottages are on the grounds sharing the children's playground.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !
