This is our second stay at the Nest. Like the previous visit, the Nest remains to uphold a very high level of comfortability. The apartment is clean and secure. It is well equiped with all of the major necessities to cook. Wifi and cable TV work efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodation is safe. Parking just outside on the street very convenient. Milinn is wonderful host; she is attentive and accommodating.

I had a great time at Jason’s home in Irvington in October and November 2024. Jason is friendly and happy to talk about the 1910 house, the neighborhood or anything else. The Irvington neighborhood is stunning, especially in fall with vibrant yellows, oranges and reds. Everything is within walking distance: Whole Foods (13 minutes), Fred Meyer (27 minutes), Lloyd Shopping Center (20 minutes), and plenty of restaurants, bars, and fast-food options. Parking is easy on the quiet street off Knott Street, and Line 8 bus service is just around the corner ($2.80 for 2.5 hours, payable with Google or Apple Pay). Jason’s wooden house has eight apartments, six rented out on the first and second floors. It’s peaceful, with friendly neighbors. The apartment has super-fast Wi-Fi, a fridge and a kitchen area. The shared bathroom was functional. The area feels safe and welcoming. From PDX Airport, take the MAX Red Line to Lloyd Center & NE 11th ($2.80) or take a Uber for $28 to $45. Thank you, Jason!

It's honestly difficult to express how much I liked staying here. It's even nicer than the pictures suggest. It is extremely cozy and private - you feel tucked into a beautiful little corner of green and shade. The location is fantastic, with Mt. Tabor a 10-minute walk away and the Montavilla neighborhood literally three blocks away. The street parking is right by the stairs of the side entrance, it was always available, in the shade, and felt safe and unobtrusive. Whenever I had a question, Kerry was very responsive and helpful. I'll be honest, when I first booked it, it was slightly outside of my budget. But after staying there for 40 days, I felt like I could have paid more and it still would have been worth it. If you're interested in staying in this area for a while, book it. You'll like it.

Adam’s place was nice and cozy just as advertised. It is only a few minutes drive from PDX and also well situated to access several locations in Camas and Vancouver on the Washington side. The apartment itself was clean and completely self-contained. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Parking was easy and secure. It was perfect for our family of three for a week. Adam was a very responsive host and made sure we didn’t lack anything. ’ll highly recommend this place to visitors to this area.
