House close to all shops (~1 km). Accommodation with all the necessary equipment for your comfort (equipped kitchen/3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140 x 190 and 1 bed 120 x 190, washing machine in the basement, outdoor terrace with plancha, enclosed courtyard). Please note: A gardener is present year-round on site for the maintenance of the vegetable garden at the back of the house (little visibility). Very discreet person. Possibility of suspending their visit upon explicit request.

Close to Coucy-le-Château, Soissons, Laon, Le Chemin des Dames, the Caverne du Dragon... so many sites to discover! From the terrace, in this Natura 2000 classified area, you can observe landscapes changing according to the seasons, floods, swans, ducks, egrets and more occasionally storks.

Bright and cozy studio. Small but very functional, everything is there for your stopover in Ham! Right in the middle of the city, local merchants are waiting for you!! The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your meals. A beautiful shower awaits you in the bathroom, as well as a towel radiator. The double bed (160x200) is located on the mezzanine. The studio also features air conditioning for the hottest days!
