The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

Two minutes to Eastern college, 5 minutes to downtown Wayne and King of Prussia. 10 minutes to Villanova and Valley Forge National Park. Lots of great shopping and restaurants and well as nature trails to enjoy.
