This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided. Welcome to this cozy and newly renovated house! It's in a great location, the surroundings are quiet but are near a lively Mainline town. You'll find bars, restaurants, stores, SEPTA/Amtrack stations, and Suburban Square within walking distance. It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

No parking fee, as this location comes with a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! We’re a 25 min drive from most Philly social hubs, and 15 mins from Philly international airport. Early check-in/ late check-out, available upon request. It’s 25$ for 1 hour, and $20 per hour for anything more.
