It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from all shops and services, including the train station (1 hr 20 min from Paris and 1 hr from Deauville). Highway A 28 is 7 km away.
