The apartment is located in a less lucrative location, but I believe that the price and proximity of the historic center (2 minutes by tram) it balances.

Small apartment under the castle

The apartment is located on Pellicova Street, directly below the park and Špilberk Castle. The apartment is small (30m2), but cozy and newly renovated. There is a bunk bed for two and a sofa bed for sleeping. The internet and basic necessities, such as towels, tableware and toiletries, are a matter of course. You can watch NETFLIX and NEWS! The owner lives one floor bellow, so it is possible to contact her without any problems if necessary. The main centre of city you can walking (5-6 minut)!

They are located on one of the most attractive streets in Brno near Špilberk Castle, on the so-called Pod Špilberkem Trail. Paid parking is all over the street. For families with children, we can recommend a nearby play park with nice features. A few meters from the house there is a popular Albert pub, where it is quite lively in the evening.
