The heating is handled by a fireplace and an infrapan. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two are ready for sleeping. The garden is large 777m2, has only one neighbor and is all fenced. Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

In summer, 3 degrees cooler than in the center or by the water. The plot is a large 1000m2 land, which ensures privacy from passers-by. The advantage is a covered spacious terrace in case of bad weather, you can still spend time outdoors. The cottage dates back to the 30s when two friends bought it as a semi-detached house.
