Vacation rentals with beach access in Brisas de Zicatela

Omar’s home was even more beautiful than the photos. We loved being away from the noise yet close enough to restaurants and the main streets. We like to walk, but keep in mind not all the streets are well paved. There was construction early in the morning next door but it was ok with us since we are early risers. The home was spacious, clean, and in a great spot. We will be back again. Thank you Omar for being a great host

The apartment is nice, it matches the photos, it has everything you need. I loved it, I think I would come back, but it would be good to bring a car because there are no restaurants nearby, but there are taxis that charge cheaply

Place was easy to reach,10 minutes drive from the main road and clearly indicated with the sign you are looking for when you are visiting puerto escondido “cold and fresh coconuts”. Place was spotless and the bedroom is always fresh since it’s built against the sun,host were more than amazing and they left everything you could ever need in your stay available for you: la punta that is perfect for the sunset is just 15 mins away walking or 5 minutes in a local taxi. Once you reach la punta there’s plenty of places to choose from.

I loved the accommodation, super comfortable and nice. It's even nicer in person than in the photos, I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Puerto Escondido.

My friends and I stayed here for about 5 days and it was great! Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool and AC were great additions to this hidden oasis. If you plan on swimming in the ocean do your research first because many of the beaches have big tides, so you’ll probably have to take a quick taxi ride to one that is more calm. Wasn’t inconvenient for us since we wanted to see a new beach everyday. Overall, great stay!

The view from the back patio is spectacular. We got up every morning to watch the sun rise , this made the whole trip for us. Big space with high ceilings. AC worked great in the bedroom . Unlimited hot water and pressure in shower. Safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. Beach entrance is just a few minutes walk away. Tim is my guy, he came personally to greet to us when we arrived and also was there for a good bye when we checked out. Appreciate him bringing in a brand new blow dryer for us after we reported it missing from the home. Thank you for the wonderful stay:-)

I cannot say enough good things about Ana's place in La Punta. Check-in with Brian, the on-site manager, was extremely easy. The unit itself is spacious, has comfortable furniture both inside and outside on both patios. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The WiFi was fast and very reliable, allowing me to work remotely with ease. Brian was helpful throughout the stay, with a couple of local recommendations, answering questions, and keeping us informed when the power went out for a brief period of time. Would definitely return to this beautiful home, perhaps next time for a longer stay.

Such a wonderful house, I would stay here any and every time I came back. I recommend renting scooters (for us, motorcycles!) as it is ten times better to get around town than taxis!

Stayed at this amazing place for our girls trip and loved it. Great location, amazing private beach access, nice and quiet atmosphere yet very close to all the great restaurants and bars. Definitely coming back!

The photos don't do it justice since the place is much more beautiful! We recommend it 100%. It's completely Puerto Escondido vibes, Afrodita helped us with local recommendations and was always on top of things. One day the water went out but there was no major issue! We absolutely loved this home, it is an architectural beauty and in a prime location. The beach, shops, and nightlife is all a quick walk-away and we would not hesitate to go back or recommend this home. I stayed with a group of 7 girlfriends and we loved our time shared lounging around the pool and on the rooftop. The hosts were incredibly proactive and thoughtful, leaving amenities like mosquito repellant in the common spaces (much needed). Some thing to note: construction projects are active next door and across the street (quiet hours were not respected). We also had to park around the block due to the construction activity. Finally, we encountered some privacy surprises when the male maintenance staff let themselves into the house (no knock) and the constructions workers next door had a direct view into our pool-area (from their 2nd floor next door). This is a developing neighborhood so go prepared with ear plugs and enjoy this great 5-star home!

Such a lovely home in Carrizalillo- quiet location and 5min walk to the closest beach (Carrizalillo cove- beginner surf spot and great for swimming)! It was very hot in April and the A/C in each bedroom worked perfectly and there were also ceiling fans. The swimming pool is large, and the housekeepers came by the house twice a week to help keep the rooms/pool/garden in great condition! Drinking water is provided which is a bonus + the kitchen was well equipped, so we were able to cook during our stay! Cafes/ Bars/ Grocery Stores are all walkable. The house is very well maintained and the hammocks were perfect for chilling/reading. There was consistent hot water at all times. We travelled with a toddler, so we definitely had to be mindful of the pool and also the tiles throughout the house are super slippery when wet. Lots of mosquitoes during sunset/ early morning, bring bug spray! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Escondido. Thanks again for having us! :)

The accommodation, although small, was very nice. There was nothing around, but that's to be expected in a growing area. Yes, free mangoes on all the streets, you just had to ask the owners of the properties for permission. It's worth what you pay for it.

Modern apartment close to the beach and the shops and restaurants of La Punta. Apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable, recommended.

The condo was very clean and cozy! I was always greeted with a huge smile by my host. I highly recommend!

I had a great time, it's a condominium tower, however you always feel the privacy. We loved that it is very close to many beaches, especially Carrizalillo. The location is very good, since it is 2 blocks from a main avenue where, if you don't have a vehicle, you can take a taxi. In addition, there are several cafes and restaurants in the area. Thank you so much for your attention and hospitality.

Eva was very welcoming and proactive with providing all necessary help. Cesar and Jesus, the local guys helping in managing the check ins, are also very helpful and friendly - helped with arranging scooters and surfboards (best price in the area). The location of the house is great - you just wake up facing the beach with walking distance to Zicatela surf peak.

Just departed from a 10 day solo stay in Brisas de Zicatella at Mathias and Estrella’s home. They are very kind and wonderful hosts! The condo and area felt very safe. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating in, though I enjoyed walking to local places and ate out almost every day. Highly recommend Cafe Malagua and Chavez, a local bar with great mescal and tacos. This is the hip part of Puerto Escondido full of beautiful people and cafes with coffee and varied food options. The ocean here is not easy for swimming, but very beautiful. The house is a true local experience, which is why i choose Air BnBs over staying in a hotel and the price is very good. There is no AC. It can be quite loud at night with the windows open. It was HOT during this time of year, but cooled off in the late hours of the night each night. I would recommend having good ear plugs or a white noise set up. I had my airpods connected to white noise most nights, due to barking dogs and crowing roosters.
