The apartment includes kitchen, bedroom (double bed), shower room, toilet, and a private terrace, connected to the rest of the house by a hallway separated by a curtain. Independent access is available via the terrace. Free street parking is available. A bicycle is at your disposal.

The accommodation is located in the Grésivaudan valley, at the foot of the Chartreuse and Belledonne, 5 minutes from the entrance to the highway (15 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from Chambéry). Ideally located for winter sports (the 7 Laux are 18 km away), mountain hiking, cycling and paragliding. Free closed parking and possibility of a closed room for bicycles.

Nestled in the heart of nature in the Chartreuse region, come and discover our freestanding dome on our small farm, Quintessence de Chartreuse, dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley and the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
