Vacation rentals with beach access in Brighton-Le-Sands

Comfy and cozy! I had a really relaxing stay at John and Becki’s! The space would be great for a long stay and was excellent for a short one, with a full kitchen, fridge and dishwasher setup. For singles, It’s hard getting the luggage up the stairs by yourself so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. I left one of my bags on the stairs and only carried one the rest of the way. The place was immaculately clean and the house rules were very easy to follow. I appreciate how simple and easy John and Becki’s instructions made it to get there, understand the parking and what was required for checkout. Would 100% stay here again :) Thanks John and Becki!

This was a great place to stay. Elvis was a great host. The unit was perfect. We all loved it. A hot tip- the cafe on the corner is awesome with great coffee. We will definitely return- such a handy spot. Close to everything that the area has to offer and also very easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Elvis should be very proud of this listing because it is one of the best places we have stayed through Airbnb.

This is without a doubt the best unit we’ve ever stayed in and can’t wait to go back.

We have stayed here before and absolutely love that it is the last place in Coogee to lose the sun. The beach is right underneath and the three salt water pools at that end of the beach are within 3 minutes walk!! Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for the excellent communication Virginia. We will be back.

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Place was perfect for a short stay! Easy walk to beach and shops not too far. Place is as described, however no washing machine. Clean and clutter free. Lauren extremely helpful, responsive and accomodating.

Had the best time at Hilde’s place. Amazing location. Fully fenced for the dogs. Walking distance to everywhere. Beautiful house. A hidden paradise. Hilde was also super helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Beautiful place and amazing pool!

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

I had an incredible stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Nash was an excellent host, providing clear communication . The check-in process was seamless, and everything I needed was readily available. I especially loved “the balcony with a great view” . The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

Salt Air is a wonderful peaceful and spacious self contained place situated way back behind the main residence in its own space. I could hear the sound of the sea with my windows open (of which there are many!) and see the water from the front patio doors. It’s possible to have total privacy if you wish. A lovely bottle of wine, coffee pods and chocolates awaited me. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach. Lovely cafes and the National Park to walk in. All in all a great place to stay! Thank you Donna.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was exactly as described. The house was immaculately clean! Great bathrooms and showers! Comfy beds. A full kitchen including a barista type coffee machine ready to go. There was an abundance of linen, blankets, bathroom items even down to make up wipes! The fridge was filled with the essentials and many extras. We found a welcome hamper on our arrival and even our small dog was well catered for much to everyone’s delight. There was books, board games and electronic games. The house interior was modern, fresh and beautifully decorated. It felt more like a home than a house. There has been a lot of thought put into this Airbnb. We wanted for nothing. Fabulous hosts, we can’t wait for our next trip! Thank you!

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
