Pleasant communication prior to reservation with instructions and code. Assisted with routes and walk vs Uber. Answered questions along the way. Checked in and messaged me If everything was OK. Binder on desk with clear photos and directions to food, attractions, local points of interest & rules to follow, nicely worded, while staying. Guest book at bedside with pen. Pros: SPARKLING CLEAN , newly constructed , very high quality furnishings and bedding. Clean floors and clean new w2w carpet in one section. “Organics” tea tree oil shamp/condit/body wash A+. Clean fluffy towels. New Washer/Dryer with detergent & fabric sftn. Prices to take Uber to Boston~30$@off-time. Light rail under construction near Newton. Can take bus from Logan -time long. Only CON: I did not know this AirBnB was in lower level. Windows are present in sleeping area but small with limited view. Very slight damp odor, but I have very sensative smell and allergies. My allergies were NOT TRIGGERED. Thank you so much!

This was a great location for what we needed and perfect when we were out and about for the full day. Make sure if you book the space that you are aware it is fully inside someone’s home and you are not able to use kitchen amenities. This was fine for us because we were based elsewhere throughout the day.
