Great find: amazing location (literally on the beach, close walk to food options, quick drive to restaurants/grocery), immaculately clean, and convenient set up. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Inna and her parents were very friendly. The boardwalk and great restaurants are within walking distance.

Rahila was an amazing host ! He kept in contact from the beginning of the trip , to the end . The room was very nice & clean. Will definitely be back again !

Had an amazing experience for my first time in Atlantic City. First and foremost, Tina is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Location is prime with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well kept at the moment of check-in. All the amenities explained by Tina on the listing were there. Would definitely book again when I come back to visit!

The property was as described. The balcony was nice and we could see the ocean, boardwalk and beach from there as well as from indoors.

Hope this helps anyone looking Communication: would give 10+ stars if possible, Richard always responded to everything I asked, went out of his way check on us but not too much that it was annoying Cleanliness and Room: Room was clean. Linens smelled great and clean. Beds were on the harder side, but had a thin pillow top on them. We found them very comfortable as with the couch as well. Location was excellent. Quick 10 min walk to either Hard Rock on one side and Bally's on the other, We ate at the Irish Pub about 1 min walk, food and drink were good and very inexpensive as well. Views were great especially from the bedroom without the tub. Very safe: the street entrance has people on site and you have to use your key card to let you in through the boardwalk. Word of warning: If coming in from the boardwalk avoid the timeshare sales people. If they ask just tell them you own the place, not renting.

me and my family enjoyed our stay for my daughter's sweet 16 getaway it was more than enough sleeping space the home is nice and cozy that has a family feel absolutely loved definitely will book again

Chrissy was absolutely amazing! My (ex) maid of honor had initially booked this house for my bachelorette trip and after an argument that ended our friendship she cancelled our reservation out of spite. I made Chrissy aware of the situation and she bent over backwards to help me make sure I still had the best time during my bachelorette trip. I cannot recommend/ thank her enough! Everything was perfect and I hope to visit again in the future.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays so far. The high quality details throughout the house doesn’t make it feel like a rental, but thoughtfully put together for everyone to enjoy. The views were absolutely spectacular which were perfect to enjoy the area while in the cooler months. Brooke was super responsive when we had trouble getting in and then again when we wanted to extend our stay because of how great the house was. It is even fairly toddler friendly with few knock knacks within reach. I will say, I recommend bringing a baby gate or 2 if you do bring kids.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The place was modern, clean and comfortable. Waking up to and falling asleep to the bay was the most amazing part - amazingly scenic. Our girls enjoyed crab traps and attempts to fish off of the dock. The outdoor space was perfect for dining and relaxing.

I stayed at the Cozy Cohost’s property for my birthday with my friends. Everything looked just like the pictures. Everyone had their own private space/bathroom. I would definitely come back.

We stayed the weekend for my bachelor party. Could not have been happier. Check in and check out were seamless. Great location right next to the beach/boardwalk. Only a short uber to most major activities. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend away with a large group of friends/family.

The hosts were absolutely great. Very responsive and friendly. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. It’s on the inlet so you have a view of the boardwalk there and if you’re into fishing you are a 2 min walk from the boardwalk where many people are doing just that. We walked out there one morning and caught sight of dolphins. It was beautiful. The house was very clean and cozy. The only thing I would say to those booking with the full 9 max, the cookware is very basic. Bring your own or be prepared to do some juggling. We had 8 but made it work. The neighbors are soooo kind. They were so welcoming and helpful. That’s a big plus! All in all our experience was fantastic and would absolutely book again with Cozy Hosts.

Luke was super responsive since the day I booked my trip. This is the perfect spot for anyone go wants to park there car and adventure. Anything you want or need is in walking distance! I would book again. The place was super clean!

I stayed for two days in this apartment in Atlantic City and had an excellent experience! The place is great, with a breathtaking ocean view. The location is perfect, very peaceful, with easy access, and literally right on the beach, with direct access to the boardwalk. It’s close to the casinos and many entertainment options. The building is well-organized, check-in was super easy, and parking was convenient. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

We had a great stay at Nick’s place and he was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out process was easy, the place was easy to find, and the place matched the description. The place is a little dated (kitchenette and bathroom could use a remodel) but it was very clean which is most important. Plus, the views of the ocean were stunning. It was also an incredibly quiet place considering you’re right on the boardwalk and everything you could possibly want in Atlantic City is just a short walk away. The only downside was that the elevators took an extremely long time because only one was working, but that’s not the host’s fault, the building needs to take better care of the elevators. Overall a great place to stay in Atlantic City!
