It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. The apartment with 1 bedroom for up to 2 people (double bed) is located on the 2nd floor in a former winery. It is spacious, bright and fully furnished. Price : 50,- € for 2 pers. incl. Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be reached via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 additional beds (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person 20€ extra charge) can be booked.

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
