We loved staying here. It was so cute. Christy was the perfect host. Loved having delicious coffee every morning from her coffee shop. The front porch was private and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Whispy Waves. We were only the 2nd guests to stay here, so everything was new and the decor was to a high standard. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Plus there were plenty of towels and extra linens. The covered patio was great for the evenings and watching the sunsets. It is in great location close to all amenities. Although just off a main road it still felt very private. The addition of private beach access, beach chairs supplied and a laundry room was a huge bonus. We've stayed at many places along this main Road, but this was definitely our favourite. Thanks Chloe and hope to be back soon.

This Airbnb was amazing! very clean, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for. We chose it for the location, and it exceeded expectations. It’s right on the beach and just a 5 minute walk to Paradise Beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, with hardly anyone around, so it feels like your own private beach. The water is clear, the sand is clean, and there’s even a shower to rinse off after the beach. A few friendly neighbors may pass by, but it’s mostly serene. You definitely need a car, which we had no regrets there. Driving around Barbados and exploring the island was such a great part of our experience. Just a heads-up: there are whistling frogs at night, so it can get noisy, but we had no issue sleeping. Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect location.

Had a great time staying at Darryl’s. The space was a great size and located so close to the beach, great (fancy and casual) food options, and off the main road. It was easy to find and the locals in the area were great. It was also terrific that there was off-road parking available for the days that we had a rental car. While we were there, Bridgetown experienced some issues with their water mains but everything was fixed super quickly (within a day) and both Darryl and Michael were super helpful and communicative. Was super comforting to know that we had people nearby who made sure we knew what was going on. There is so much to do so near this property but the house is removed enough from the Main Street that things stayed pretty quiet (save for the awesome sound of the local frogs)! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was a beautiful place. The location was great and very close to the beaches. The main public transport routes are nearby to the cottage. A lot of the main attractions are very closeby and easy to get to. Sisi was a great host and super responsive! I would highly recommend it.

The location was perfect since we didn't rent a car. We had a Massey's right up the street and Clifton Market a few blocks away. We could walk to St. Laurence Gap. We enjoyed hearing the waves throughout our stay and enjoyed the pool most nights. The Co-Host, Charmaine, was extremely friendly and responsive. She gave us many good tips for exploring the island, and even drove us home from a Saturday market when we bumped into her. We would definitely recommend this location.

We were there for a family reunion. Lots of us were scattered about at LC , Salty Toes, Barefoot Bay etc. so the location is great for convenience, grocery shopping, bakery etc. Lots of sea weed at this time of year which is not great. But can’t beat location for convenience. If you plan not to rent a car, it is easy to move about on foot or by local transport. Noisy though at night as a busy junction.

Very well kept and clean condo. The place is bigger than it looks in the pics. Perfect for 2 people. The balcony was a great option for meals outside. Pool and grounds were well kept. The main road down to beach/boardwalk is a 20 min walk, and parts of it can be tricky as there are no sidewalks. Overall, a great place to stay

One of the best holidays I’ve ever taken - Ocean Blues is simply one of a kind, we lucked out and had the entire villa to ourselves - which was an added bonus for travelling in the shoulder season. The amenities are just as described, but don’t really do it justice - a private little area to swim into the ocean, with a lovely pool oasis on the deck overlooking the vista. It’s truly spectacular! The room is very comfortable and with even better view. It has everything one needs - plush bed, solid shower with pressure and hot water, clean and tidy. The housekeeper Lana was truly an angel and took such great care of us - her hospitality and warmth truly made the experience special and very memorable. Lastly the nearby La Cabane is a must try and swimming over to Batts Rock to soak in the afternoon rays was our highlight. Thank you Justin, we look forward to our next visit! And thank you Lana for all the love and generosity

I spent 12 nights at Nicole’s apartment. Nicole was a great host. She let me check in early & check out late. She was proactive & offered this without me having to ask, which was really kind. The apartment had everything I needed & more. I didn’t use the oven but it’s there if you need it. The location is great for walking to the beach & St Lawrence Gap area. Oistins is just down the road & the bus stop for buses to Bridgetown & Speightstown is 2 minutes walk. There are also ZR vans to the airport & other places which run frequently along the nearby road. After a busy day’s sightseeing it was great to be able to relax watching shows on Netflix. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at the apartment. I brought insect spray but I didn’t need it. The windows have mesh to keep out insects. But also in the area around the apartment insects weren’t particularly an issue. The WiFi worked well & the surroundings felt peaceful despite being close to the road. Overall - a great stay!

Sean and Akilah were amazing hosts. They made our already lovely stay even better. They’re communicative, friendly, easy going. We loved their apartment and the pool. It was exactly what we wanted for our stay. Lots of things were walkable, it’s close to some lovely beaches and it’s near to buses so really easy to get around. A great find. Thanks so much!

This place was perfect for our first time in Barbados! The bed was very comfy, best shower I’ve had in an Airbnb, very welcoming and a great location with lots to do in the area.

My stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was absolutely impeccable. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, a scenic boardwalk, a wide variety of food options, and easy transportation access. There’s truly no shortage of things to do. The home itself is tucked away on a quiet, private road and features a lovely patio that offers the perfect place to unwind. Shona and Nick were incredibly welcoming and made sure the space felt like a true home away from home. The bungalow was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need—extra bedding, towels, toiletries, soap, and all the kitchen essentials. They’re also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the local area and gave great recommendations. They also assisted us with making a reservation at two beautiful restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Modern, cosy and extremly clean. The apartment was neat and well equipped with everything you would need and more. Boasted some stunning views of the ocean. The hosts are really cool and responive. SOV301 is centrally located if you’re planning to enjoy the beaches and nightlife, up the west coast or down the south coast. 100% would stay here again.

We have stayed in many villas across the Caribbean and we all agreed this was the cleanest and nicest building we have stayed in. There was no musty smell, the AC worked great, lots of hot water, quiet bedrooms, and a great kitchen. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small store is a 1 minute walk up the road and has essentials at reasonable prices. Carlisle and Glennis were on site each day taking care of the place and were always friendly and helpful. A couple of things to be aware. The green monkey is on the second floor and there is a large tree that blocks the view of the water. Carlisle trimmed it during our stay but if you really want a great view of the beach and water the lower or upper floor is a better choice. As well, the beach is fine but rocky in front of the villa. You have to walk 50m to the right for a sandy entry. Snorkelling is just ok. Overall a great stay.

Serviceable Studio apartment not far from Pebble Beach and Harbour Lights. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple not looking to spend a ton of time in the apartment. I did cook a little bit and the place had all the basics. Make sure you look up Believe Carribean Apartment on Google for accurate location. I recommend booking a car for easy parking and to get around the island.

Absolutely stunning location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. You wake up with a beautiful view of the sea right from your bed! You basically have access to the beach which is beautiful and not many people use it so it’s like your own little piece of paradise! The apartment is well equipped and full of character! You can even shower while looking at the sun glinting on the sea!! The local people are so friendly and welcoming. Be sure to pop into Mr Moons shop for your supplies. Buses stop outside so it’s very easy to get about. We had breakfast and dinner a few times at the Fish Pot, which is walking distance.

Troy and Shimona treated me like family and took great care of me. Everything was as described, and i felt safe as a solo female traveler Shimona left me a couple treats which was greatly appreciated. Troy was always responsive and helpful (also a great photographer 😁😆) This is your home in Barbados 🇧🇧 do not hesitate to book this peaceful paradise. This place was sooo peaceful and relaxing. The beaches are white sand and so blue. It is a public beach but I definitely felt like I had a 2km beach all to myself. The neighbors and neighborhood are full of friendly folks. Many restaurants and activities are within a short drive. The place itself is very clean with a terrific kitchen and kitchen peninsula. Nice patio for drinking coffee in the morning, having drinks in the afternoon and enjoying the sunset in the evening. I highly recommend this spot. Kimberly is very responsive, friendly and helpful. I was looking for a paddle board to rent and she was able to find one for me (delivered) on short notice.
