We spent a couple of nights in Ian’s fabulous apartment overlooking the sea at Limeslade. I wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed a lovely walk along the coastal path to Langland where we had a bite to eat for lunch. Listening to the sound of the sea at night was special and being in such a beautiful apartment made our mini break just wonderful. Thank you Ian. Liz

We booked this place late for an event we were going to, it was perfect location about half an hour walk across the promenade. Easy to find, free parking at the property. Beautiful location by the marine and beach. We will be booking again for longer stay to enjoy. Also the weather was incredible and we wish we had booked another night. Great stay and great host. This flat was exactly as described in the photos, in fact we would say, it was better seeing it in the flesh! Kate, was very responsive and clear with instructions. She was helpful with dealing with our questions too. We would recommend the same flat and would use Bay again.

This flat has the most amazing views over the bay. Huge large windows give a fantastic vista . You can look at the view whilst cooking , eating and lounging around on the sofa. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms at opposite ends of the apartment giving privacy if you have two couples.

The property is spacious, with a superb view overlooking the marina. The security at the plush lobby entrance made the place feel exclusive. There are places to dine, shop and walk right on your doorstep.......including a beautiful beach. We shall definitely be asking Lara for a return visit.

Although we struggled finding the property as we arrived relative relate in the evening, that was our own doing. The property was very clean inside, nice and cozy and had plenty of restaurants nearby so we were not sure of food or places to eat. The secure parking was very handy indeed, off of the main road and discreet. Our stay although only one night was very comfortable and we are very much looking to most likely returning next year should the property still be available but for longer!

I cannot overstate how amazing this place is. I was looking for an escape into the woods and it was exactly what I wanted. The setting of the cottage is stunning, right on the river and surrounded by trees. It feels remote, even though it's only a short walk into the village. The welcome was really friendly, you can tell that the owners are very active in their community and have put together loads of local info. I particularly liked the map of the community forrest which made me feel confident enough to explore walks by myself. The cottage itself is beautifully kept, with everything that you need, and then some. I didn't want to leave.

Simon's home was clean, well presented and made for fantastic base to explore from. The house felt like home away from home as soon as we were in the door. Simon was helpful and communicative from the start, and gave us many helpful recommendations which we took advantage of (the trip to Rhossili bay was the standout).

Our stay at Minors Cottage was wonderful. The cottage had beautiful views and a home from home feeling. Lots of space for a family of 5. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay in Swansea. There was so much space to lounge and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Located across from the City Centre and the bus terminal station, this flat is close to the mall, lots of restaurants, and public transportation. The flat's amenities also include washer/dryer, stove top, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave, meaning that you can easily prepare meals if you dont want to go out every night. Since I traveled light, I was also happy to be able to do laundry during my stay. The apartment is also beautifully decorated, making it feel like home. I specifically came to Swansea to catch a show at the Swansea Arena, which is literally next to this flat, took about 5 min to get to my show.

My sister and I stayed here with the kids, and chose it because it’s close to what we wanted to do. Rooms are a decent size and the views are lovely (even in the pouring rain!). Gareth is a good host and answered all of our questions promptly. And there is space for 2 cars right outside which was a bonus!

A lovely home in a fantastic location, walking distance to a beautiful sand beach, lots of cafes, activities etc.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Katie's place was perfect for my family to stay in central swansea. We could get to the beach and city centre in just a few minutes. The views of the harbour were beautiful. For some reason I thought there would be views of the beach but there wasn't, however it was extremely close by. The kids toys were an amazing bonus. The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and the coffee and tea provided was a lovely touch.

Great apartment in a perfect position on the beach. Easy to access good restaurants and walks along the beach. Short drive away to the Mumbles and a little further to the beautiful beaches in the Gower. Will definitely be back!

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.

what a great location, so peaceful and quiet. the space was quirky but comfortable and made the short stay quite entertaining. The grounds were very well maintained and it was a pleasure to walk around.
