Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

Looking forward to having you stay in our stone farmhouse that we have put our hearts into renovating. During your stay, you will sometimes have a visit from our dog, who is very sociable. Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, Sciotot and Siouville.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
