Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brickell, Miami

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Monica's place was amazing, exactly and described! Moinca and her mother were lovely--we had one brief issue with the AC and they immediately came over and had it fixed in no time. Can't recommend this home enough.

House was great, clean very close to Miami Beach and restaurants was perfect

Came here with a large group of friends and the home was very nice and clean with a ton of spaces for parking. Everything looked just like the pictures and we all really enjoyed our stay! There was only one issue with the power going out for the outside area (so the backyard lights stopped working and hot tub wouldn’t heat up anymore), although it didn’t really impact our stay since this happened midway through our trip and already used the backyard area. The host was very responsive though so I’m sure this issue could be easily resolved. There are some loud roosters in the morning but they helped make sure we got up in time. Overall, it was a great place and I would definitely recommend it!

My family and I stayed at this property for our Spring Break in 2025. First- the important things: The condo is as advertised, directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds and sitting areas were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and drinks. The valet car service was excellent and included in the rental rate aside from (optional) tips which the staff genuinely appreciated. The location is perfect - away from from the crowds of South Beach and Lincoln Road; yet both are highly accessible via bike/the boardwalk, trolley, or a short Uber ride. Lastly - the minor items which didn't much impact our stay - but I feel could be good information for the host or future guests: There are no locks on any doors including the master suite and bathrooms. The main bathroom has no lock and a clear shower door - interesting combo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

Communication was seamless, and we felt well cared for from start to finish. The home is even more stunning in person. The open layout made celebrating easy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms felt spa-like. The backyard was a dream—pristine pool, lush greenery, plenty of seating, and a covered patio that made indoor-outdoor living effortless. Smart home features added convenience throughout. Our stay at Hans’ Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned for a comfortable and high-tech experience. The home is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern technology and cozy charm. It’s a digitally connected, secure smart home. Kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious & decorated,& the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every room had a TV with full connectivity, and there were even gaming consoles for entertainment, which was a fantastic! The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals together, & the entire home was spotlessly clean & well-maintained. Hans was an exceptional host always available, quick to respond to any questions & incredibly helpful. His attention to detail & dedication to providing a great guest experience made a huge difference. I highly recommend this property.

The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.
