A true haven of peace! We were there for a professional team event in a place of peace and quiet. The experience is magical. The place is incredible. We all recommend this Airbnb and we all want to come back for family moments. Congratulations on the successful renovation of this farmhouse and all the amenities that made it unique, friendly and functional. We plan to return with the team next year.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! Wow! The chateau, the grounds and the surrounding countryside were simply spectacular. We visited as a group of 12 for a birthday bash with a masked ball and La Jonchère was simply perfect - the salons packed with period furniture, the kitchens and hall ideal for prolonged wine-fuelled soirées, the gardens and pool superb for lazy BBQ-filled days - all set in a gently faded second empire grandeur. The photos really can’t do it justice. Richard and Marlene were wonderful hosts, nearby on site, our only regret is we didn’t get a chance to try out their new cafe! Practicalities wise, although rural and very secluded, it is only a 15-30mins drive to a number of large hypermarchés with a large fully stocked kitchen to feed a group of dozens. The fire pit is a lovely touch. Magnifique!

A Perfect Bucolic Retreat Under Paulette's Gracious Care From the moment I arrived at this serene countryside haven, every element of our stay unfolded like a picturesque painting brought to life. Nestled amidst meadows and dappled with blooming poppies, the setting exuded an idyllic charm that was both rejuvenating and enchanting. Paulette, our gracious host, greeted us with a warmth and authenticity that set the tone for our entire visit. Her attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality ensured every comfort was met in the well prepared studio adorned with tasteful rustic decor. The accommodation itself was a harmonious blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Five stars for sure

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

A very nice place, covered with splendid roses at the end of May. The accommodation is simple, functional and tastefully furnished. We enjoyed finding games and books for our 2 small children as well as a large garden/park. Alexandra welcomed us very warmly.

Beautiful house surrounded by water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, several outdoor spaces allow you to sit. The children enjoyed the board games, the guided tour of the oil mill by Isabelle and her dad was very interesting. In short, a successful weekend, thank you!

Diane and Sebastien's house is a little touch of heaven, peaceful, beautiful, and serene...And they are wonderful hosts. We had such a great stay which was not long enough. The house is situated directly along a clear, fresh flowing stream that is so relaxing to gaze upon and sit along. It is also nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom is extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see in the area: vineyards, little villages, walking and cycling paths and above all the beautiful town of Sancerre. Looking forward to a return visit!
