Charming family house just outside the quaint village of Cerdon in Sologne, unique forest setting, by the river of Beuvron. Private pond with fish and a 5x10m heated swimming pool. 100km of cycle routes, including to the beautiful lake Etang de Puits, perfect for water sports. Horse-riding clubs 15min drive away. The house has a fireplace and a large dining table, 5 large double bedrooms (two continuous) for up to 12 people, and 2.5 bathrooms. Extra double bedroom and bathroom in annex house.

The Intendant’s lodging House

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

Large gîte, ideal for meeting with friends and family. Guests can enjoy its large 3600 m2 garden and relax in a deckchair, play a game of pétanque, entertain themselves with the many outdoor games or relax in the heated spa, heated swimming spa and private sauna. Out of respect for the neighborhood, the cottage is not suitable for noisy gatherings. The cottage is located between 20 minutes from Montargis and Gien, 1 hour from Orléans and 2 hours from Paris.

Located in the heart of Gâtinais, 1.5 hours south of Paris, accessible by car via the A6 or 15 minutes from Malesherbes train station. Comfortable and characterful cottage, for two people with living room including an equipped kitchen (induction hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave...). The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower and washing machine. The upstairs bedroom includes a small desk for working or writing postcards... A ping pong table and a private open-air heated pool are available in season (April - October, depending on the weather).
