The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Public transportation is a 2-minute walk away For wine lovers, several wineries/wine taverns are within walking distance within minutes. Hiking and cycling tours are a wonderful way to start from here, as the extensive "vineyards" begin only 150 meters from the house.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our place is close to Bingen and Bad Kreuznach, in tranquil Grolsheim. There is good public transport and the highway can be reached quickly. The "Nahe bike path" also passes by the front door. Quietly located, both the great outdoors and cities such as Mainz, Bad Kreuznach & Bingen can be easily reached. Beautiful vacation home for couples, solo travelers and families with children. But business travelers are also welcome.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen.
