What a great apartment in a great location. We loved our stay here. Great food and shops nearby and easy to walk to the Castle and Abbey. The flat itself was exactly as described and beautifully decorated. It was a very relaxing stay. And the instructions for checking in were great. The parking space was a real bonus too. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. He met us there and was very friendly, showed us around and provided good local recommendations. We really liked the galette restaurant opposite the Tapestry. Thanks Vincent! It really is the perfect location to explore Bayeux and the main centre and the Tapestry are 5 minutes walk away, although the Tapestry shuts in September for renovation work. We will come again and do some cycling next time, it really is that nice a place to stay.

This is the most beautiful apartment, ideally located in the old town just a stone’s throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes. Two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen/living room and all so light and homely. Despite being so close to all the main attractions of the old town, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Karine!

To spend a moment together, in a quiet setting with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment is fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ESPECIALLY the view is beautiful without anyone opposite you. Sea view, marina, Trouville. 180-degree view thanks to the beautiful bays. Really a great time. What a fantastic apartment, my 2nd time staying here, everything is close by from restaurants to bars. Spotlessly clean, with great views of the castle. It’s lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening sun with a glass of wine. Great comms. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Le Pressoir was a fantastic location for a chilled family break. The property itself was lovely - spacious, light, nice interiors, well appointed and exactly as per the description. The owners had thought of everything - not only the basics like plenty of crockery and cutlery but also thoughtful touches such as charcoal for the barbeque, pool accessories etc. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. There was an added bonus of young foals in the adjacent field which the kids loved. The pool was gated, warm and well-maintained. The only slight drawback for us was that you need to drive to get to decent sized local supermarket and/or restaurants to eat out but we knew this beforehand. All in all we would highly recommend this property!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

House more than pleasant Quiet, super well-equipped and quick access to all destinations Received on arrival by the rental couple with excellent contact! We loved Chantal’s place. We were warmly welcomed by Chantal, who provided us with a tour of her place and helped us get settled. The place felt brand new, everything was pristinely clean. Interior is beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. Chantal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - with a yummy cider waiting chilled for us, and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also all the amenities available (toilet paper; towels; dishwashing detergent etc). Chantal has very cute puppies and she allowed my son to play with them. We would love to stay again and will - but next time we will stay longer. Highly recommend Chantal’s place.

Very nice property for a great stay with family. Very good bedding and very good amenities and nice layout of the house. The pool at 28° was really a plus. This place is really to be recommended and Delphine always very responsive. This place is halfway between the city and the harbor and anything can be done on foot. Finally, nothing to say about our long weekend, than happiness. A big thank you to Delphine.

The home was even more beautiful than pictured. Beautiful yard with plenty of space for children. Well appointed kitchen, spotless, nice size bathroom, everything was brand new. Hosts were very friendly, accommodating of our last-minute check in, and provided great recommendations for restaurants. Very peaceful yet close to downtown Bayeux. Highly recommended!

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
