This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a city of water in Roman times, behind the church with the bell tower so special, is the laundry of "the farm of the priory". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, is part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman thermal baths. The room has been installed in an old laundry dating from the 15th century, so it's a "waterfront" night that is offered.

We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

The house dates from the 17th century and is located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré district, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, Place des Jacobins and trams. Several outdoor spaces in our 500 m2 garden, a cozy living room and a kitchen are at your disposal.
