New house with very high standard on Brensholmen, about 40- 50 min drive from Tromsø airport. 2 km to convenience store and about 10 km to inn and hotel on Sommarøy. The house is 150 m2 and is on 2 levels with 5 bedrooms + small older sleeping cabin of 15 m2. Located idyllically by the sea, so close that the waves can hit the brick wall at high tide. Here you can enjoy the northern lights just outside the door. If you're lucky, you can also see whales from the December to March season. Eagles and otters are almost a daily sight.

Here you will find white sandy beaches, beautiful nature and family-friendly mountain hiking. The cabin is 1 hour drive from Tromsø and only a 5 minute drive from Sommarøy. Grocery store, sandy beach and playground in the immediate vicinity. Sommarøy offers kayak, SUP, boat trips, fishing trips, restaurant and street kitchen.

Helt ny hytte på Sommarøy! Det perfekte sted for å se nordlys på vinteren, og strand og fjell på sommeren. Huset ligger 20km fra Kattfjordeidet med nydelige fjell, perfekt for skikjøring. Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi og sauna. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne og pute. Alle bad med håndklær. Hytten skal forlates ryddig og pen. Minimum 2 leiedøgn.

You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.
