Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
