The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.
