Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
