Amazing 🤩 I recommend this host. Ulrich est un hôte prévenant, organisé et très professionnel. Il est venu me chercher à l’aéroport. Son équipe est courtoise et discrète. Les appartements sont confortables et bien équipés. J’ai dû prolonger mon séjour, et on fait une destination de choix pour mes prochains séjours sur Brazzaville. Merci Ulrich pour l’attention que tu accordes à tes invités.

Placé au centre de Brazzaville avec une superbe vue de Kinshasa (RDC) depuis le balcon. L'appartement est très calme, spacieux, sécurisé, et proche de toute commodité. Simplice est agile et très accommodant. Je recommande absolument.

Super appartement, personnel top Si vous rajoutez un jacuzzi au 7e, ça sera top. Je recommande fortement. 

The flat was spacious and had everything we needed for the time we stayed in Brazzaville. Semplice has been super responsive and accommodating. I would come back again.

This was an excellent stay. What is not immediately evident from the listing is the level of service that Mr. Simplice and his staff deliver. They accommodated us in everything that we could need. If we find ourselves in Brazzaville again, this building is the first place we will check.

Luc was great and very responsive. We had a lovely time in the home, which is a bit outside the city but there are many taxis nearby that can quickly bring you back in. The house itself was very private, it looks like the pictures. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Brazzaville.

As a regular Airbnb traveler, I have stayed in many places around the world. However, Simplice's apartment in the Congo stands out as one of the nicest, best-located, and most affordable accommodations I have ever experienced. My stay on the 6th floor provided me with a stunning view of the Congo River. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and modern, and it had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Our cleaning lady kept the apartment spotless, and Lionel at the reception desk was always happy to arrange a taxi to pick me up at the gate. Overall, my stay at Simplice's apartment was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in the Congo.

Un très joli appartement, bien meublé avec une très jolie vue sur le fleuve depuis la salle à manger et sur le pont depuis la cuisine. Toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bain privée et sont équipées d'un très grand téléviseur à écran plat, en plus de celui du salon. Les lits sont immenses avec une bonne literie et les salles de bain sont magnifiques ! C'est vraiment un appartement luxueux et c'est très agréable de s'y reposer après une journée de balade dans Brazzaville. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Simplice mais son neveu nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. D'autre part nous avons beaucoup apprécié la souplesse de Simplice quant à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ. cela nous a beaucoup touché. D'autre part il est très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions.
