Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brandywine

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

Was a great location and nice condo. Was close to the metro. We used it to get into DC everyday.

Très bon logement, avec des équipements de qualité et de nombreux produits mis à disposition. Logement facile d’accès par les transports en commun. Hôte très réactif par message et avec de bonnes recommandations. Petit point d’amélioration : les fenêtres ne disposent pas de vrais rideaux occultants, ce qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin (lever du soleil avant 6h00 du matin pendant notre séjour).

John was friendly and proactively communicated around arrival and departure. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was nice and walkable.

Perfecte locatie voor een aantal dagen Washington DC. Ruimte is relatief groot, en van alle gemakken voorzien (waaronder een wasmachine en een droger!!!). Gelegen in een eclectische buurt, ongeveer 7 minuten naar het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. Een tip om ook een van de deelfietsen of steps te gebruiken in de buurt om de buurt te verkennen. Zo voel je echt hoe de buurt in elkaar steekt!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

APARTMENT: The house is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt incredibly safe, which was a big relief. Plenty of parking. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything anyone could ever need. The host even provided snacks which we were so grateful for after driving 8+ hours and then sitting through a graduation ceremony! HOST: We drove from Ohio with absolutely nothing planned out other than knowing we had to be at a graduation ceremony immediately upon arrival. I came across this listing and messaged the host. Lena was very responsive and was so kind to accommodate a much appreciated early check in. She provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for check in/out. Absolutely 10/10 stay, and with family in the area, this will absolutely be the 1st place we check when planning our future trips! Thank you so much!

Mid-Century Modern made for a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Old Town Alexandria. It's a short walk to the waterfront or the Metro with a wide range of restaurants and shops along the way. The unit has a cool 1950's decor and although we only stayed one night, there's plenty of space here to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Tessa was proactive with information and quick to respond. We took advantage of the off-street parking space that was offered for a reasonable fee. It was just a block away in a small lot, with a sign to reserve the spot.

Host was phenomenal! And the place looks exactly as pictured. I frequent the area a lot and I can definitely see myself returning back on each visit. We received clear instructions and everything went without a hiccup. Even my teenager says 10/10!

John's place was great for our family of 7. Large house with a great view. John was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The yard was perfect for our dog and playing with our grandson. There was plenty of water and the house met all our needs. The neighborhood was fantastic and we loved taking walks and seeing everyone else out walking their kids and dogs! Definitely will come back!!

The house was wonderful from the front to the inviting backyard it was perfect. My grandson saw the bathroom and said this house is luxurious and he’s only 7!!! It was lovely and the robes were a great touch. Cannot say enough about the house!

TL;DR: this was easily one of our favorite Airbnb experiences. We absolutely cannot wait to come back. We spent a week at Evan's cottage for my wife's birthday. Our party included 5 adults, 2 small pups, and an infant and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. Evan was an incredible host- promptly responsed to all of our inquires, and regularly checked in to make sure if we needed anything. The house itself. Hot damn. It is stunning. The landscaping envelopes you in lush greens and blooming flowers, the view overlooking the Chesapeake is amazing, and the house is filled with every amenity you could imagine. (Huge shoutout to all the baby gear - as new parents, this was a lifesaver). The beds we're cozy, the kitchen was *stocked*, and the interior design was ::chef's kiss:: While the immediate area (10ish min drive) has everything covered for basics, you're only a quick trip into Annapolis to get anything else you may need for your trip.

This place is beautiful and cozy and looks just like the pictures! Toya was amazing! Don't hesitate to book this place!

Check in was easy and location provides very easy access to major highways and National Harbor! Home is clean and has all necessary amenities plus a hidden gem of a backyard that my son thoroughly enjoyed playing in. Recommend!

The ultimate peaceful and restful location and experience. Carmen was super responsive for all my questions, and her gorgeously designed house had ALL the amenities and comforts from home! Sauces, condiments, spices, coffee and teas, canned goodies, dry pantry goodies - her gourmet kitchen was a delight! Tupperware for leftovers, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, tons of toilet paper and toiletries and bbq supplies. Rain shower experience!! Also water filter, and a bar fridge with bottled water and normal and Diet Coke! Beds out of this world!!! Gorgeous patios with plenty of lounging options, everything was beautiful!!!! Thank you Carmen! Best host ever!

Quiet location. Nicely decorated. Abaad was very responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

No ghosts were seen or felt despite being a civil war hospital. Super cute place! Whoever decorated it did a lovely job… those vertical stripes on the walls and all white paint make the basement apartment feel large and airy despite having only a few small windows. Host was very nice and responsive with questions.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

We had a terrific experience. We were familiar with the area as we lived in Old Town a few years ago so the location was easy for us. If you are unfamiliar with the locations I can tell you it is easily walkable to King Street and many other amenities are nearby. Amanda is a great host - the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us to stay, it was immaculate and was everything she described. Amanda is very responsive, friendly and her directions for accessing the apartment were very clear. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.

Cheri and Cliff’s home was immaculate! I will absolutely be booking for a future staycation! The bnb was so cute and they were extremely responsive! I was a little nervous that they were staying above the home at first, and despite the footsteps on the ceiling, there were no disturbances whatsoever; it will not deter me from future bookings with them! 10/10

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! Thank to you both!
