We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to spend our wedding anniversary and John’s place more than delivered. The grounds were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The house was clean and cosy with large windows for letting in the sunlight and fresh air. The sounds of the river were incredibly calming. Leave the white noise machine at home and let the river sing you to sleep! Our dog had plenty of room to run around the property and she loved daily visits to the river, as we did too. The nearby town had some nice restaurants that John recommended, the Heron being our favorite! We had everything we needed and plenty of accommodations were provided, but it was clear that if you needed anything, John would make it happen for you. We loved this place and would absolutely stay there in the future.

The location was great—close to our favorite towns and all the attractions we love like Bethel Arts Center. The house feels private, like you're alone in the middle of the woods, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, and the house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating with all our requests, which made the experience even better.

Eveny's place was great for what we needed. The pond out back was beautiful. It rained, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it like we hoped. As others have said, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving. She is also a very early riser, if that matters for you. There is not a heavy curtain to close for privacy for the door. Finally, make sure you leave before 11 am. I was trying to put the key in the lockbox at exactly 11 am and could not because it was already locked. Overall, Eveny's place was what we needed with a beautiful view.

My nerd crew wanted a fun place to do a weekend board game getaway, and we had a terrific time at this house! We had some minor setbacks where the cleaners had missed a little bit in setup, but Alex was very responsive and helpful in getting us sorted out. The house and location were very beautiful, and we appreciated that we were able to bring our elderly dogs. I think I might highlight for others that the steep cliff and stairs to the water are a little stressful when you bring small children and pets, especially when slippery after rain, but that should probably be evident from the photos. The gas stove also doesn't have a vent, so I would only use it in warmer weather when you can open all the windows. The town was super cute! We had a great time exploring and enjoyed finding the "Tiny House of Newton", which is a fancy landmark dollhouse in town. Thanks so much for having us in your beautiful place!

It's so really good house. Quiet And clean. Only one thing if do it could be better, there is a little bit insects. But it doesn't affect us living. Overall, it's cheap and great.
