Vacation rentals with a patio in Bran

Lovely flat, very welcoming and very clean. Large rooms, nice shower. Lovely view from the balcony. Nice and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and other soft drinks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was amazing, so beautiful to see the mountains. Mihai was very friendly and accommodating. The dog was a huge plus she was very sweet and playful. Definitely recommend this place!

Cazare excelenta, casa dotata cu toate cele necesare, foarte curată, curte frumoasă, grătar, loc de joaca, liniște. Ne-am bucurat de împrejurimile minunate și de alte locuri recomandate de gazda. Având în vedere ca am avut o aniversare în familie, am fost îndrumați pentru un tort delicios. Raport calitate/confort/ preț excelente. Atitudine profesionista, curățenie exemplara. De revenit!

Cazarea ne-a impresionat, foarte curat, amenajat cu bun gust și cu priveliște minunată. Este perfectă dacă vreți să vă relaxați pe terasă sau să faceți drumeții. Este puțin mai departe de centru și restaurante, noi am urcat până la cazare cu un taxi.

Minunat, Cornel a fost foarte atent pe parcursul sederii, a intrebat daca am nevoie de ceva ,daca totul este in regula. Voi reveni cu drag! Multumesc pentru seriozitate, implicare si bunavointa!

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

Bun

Cazarea este super ca și pozitionare (priveliște unicat) condiții și utilități foarte bune. Gazdele foarte primitoare, te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie.

Locația este liniștită, iar ciubărul (pentru care taxa a fost decentă) este un mare plus. Ciprian a fost receptiv și ne-a ajutat cu orice, rămânând o prezență discretă. Grătarul este acoperit și are masă lângă. Panorama de la balcon, dimineața, este minunată.

The place is wonderful. Every room has a bathroom inside and balcony. It s amazing. It is clean, the host and co host are very friendly and fast responsive. Everything was great ! We hope to return as soon as possible and we have saved this listing as our favorite place for when we want to visit Bran again. 100% recommended

Am fost extrem de impresionați de această locație! Totul a fost mult peste așteptări, fotografiile nu reflectă realitatea – în realitate locul este mult mai frumos. Lipsește din poze o terasă superbă, cu o priveliște care îți taie răsuflarea, unde ne-am savurat cafeaua în fiecare dimineață, într-un cadru de vis. Există opțiuni de grătar și ceaun, iar gazda a fost extraordinar de primitoare și mereu atentă să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie, fără să ne deranjeze absolut deloc. Ciubarul este, de fapt, un jacuzzi luxos. Gazonul este impecabil, copiii s-au jucat și au stat întinși în iarbă, totul fiind foarte bine îngrijit și kids friendly. Din dormitorul mare, view-ul este superb. Casa este dotată cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie pentru a găti și a te organiza ușor pe parcursul sejurului. Este o locație de lux în care totul este gândit cu grijă pentru confortul oaspetilor. Nota 10 din toate punctele de vedere! Mulțumim pentru experiența minunată!

The house has a generous size and is well equipped with everything you need, the separate veranda is very nice and suitable for dinning and entertainment.

Am avut o experiența excepțională. Casa a fost peste măsura așteptărilor, extrem de curată, dotata și frumoasa! Ii mulțumesc gazdei pentru toată disponibilitatea, ajutorul și recomand din toată inima pentru ca totul a fost excepțional.

Мы остались в полном восторге от этого дома! Просторные 4 спальни и 4 ванные комнаты, совмещенные с кухней и гостиной, создают идеальное пространство для отдыха. Уютный двор с зеленым газоном, зоной для барбекю и джакузи под открытым небом (за дополнительную плату) добавляют очарования этому месту. Дом удобно расположен, а кухня оснащена всем необходимым: множество посуды и кухонных принадлежностей, включая емкости, кастрюли, кофемашину, микроволновую печь и духовку. Все чисто, уютно и абсолютно новое. Есть просторная парковка для автомобилей. Некоторые советы для будущих гостей: - Избегайте использования кнопки "как добраться" в приложении, так как Google Карты могут вас неправильно направить. Вместо этого, введите в поиск "Pensiunea Bran - Carpe Diem". - Дом расположен у оживленной дороги, что предполагает некоторый шум от машин. - В доме нет посудомоечной машины и кондиционеров. Вместо них имеются напольные распылители влаги

Casa extrem de frumosa si bine echipata intr-un loc foarte calm. Am petrecut un sejur perfect. Doar la cativa kilometrii de Bran. Recomand !

Close to main city but felt peaceful and private surrounded by nature. Lovely and comfortable place!

What a wonderful place to stay in Braşov! The parking is such a breeze, the apartment is so spacious and beautiful and yet so close to everything in town. This is the place to stay if going to Braşov!

Wonderful location easy to find, beautiful views from the Terrace, the apartment is roomy well laid out and fitted to a high standard. It is right in town but still quiet at night time you really can’t find a better apartment in Brasov, will definitely stay here again thank you so much, also to note is the host is exceptionally friendly and helpful you are in good hands 😍

Elena is very welcoming and her place is perfect to explore Transylvania! It is close to Brasov, Bran, Libearty Bear Sanctuary and other places. The apartment is very cozy and definitely recommend! Elena even left homemade dessert which was delicious.

Since we’re returning there for the 4th time says something about this place…always clean and neat, very close to the downtown, the hosts are always very quick responsive,friendly and helpful , truly a pleasure to be a guest in this gorgeous place.

Nice and cozy place, with good location (near was markets, and with car you can fast arrive to different place like (Poiana Brasov, Amfiteatrul Transilvania, etc). Also there was and dedicate parking lot. The host send us clear instruction how to get to the place. Higly recomend.

My wife and I stayed at Florin’s place for two nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment; it is one of our very favorites out of the hundreds we have stayed in over the years! It is very spacious, ultra-modern (I mean space-age appliances, lights and equipment!) and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and secure, underground parking with direct elevator access to the apartment. The apartment was also very clean, well laid out and with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Florin was also an excellent communicator and answered all our queries promptly. We also liked the location as it is away from the main tourist areas. We used Uber ($6.50 each-way) to visit Brasov oldtown as I didn’t want to deal with the drive, parking, etc. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. All-in-all, a perfect place for short or long-term stays.

Apartamentul este foarte curat și bine întreținut, cu acces rapid și ușor, cu o priveliște superbă spre munți. Am apreciat faptul ca nu am dus grija locului de parcare. Per total, am avut o experiență frumoasă și recomandam acest apartament oricui caută un loc confortabil și plăcut în Râșnov.
