You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Orchard Villa is located at the bottom of the Piatra Craiului Mountains, at 900 meters altitude. We have the most beautiful view over the Brasov Plateau, Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mts, just 5 min drive from the Bran Castle. The house has been built last year and everything inside is all new. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, dining and 2 kitchens. We're surrounded by green pastures, no traffic and almost no neighbours, just the forest at 5 minutes walk.

Once you reach the foot of the Bucegi Mountains, you can see how the Pura Vida cottage is located between the mountain and the city. The view is a panoramic one in which you can see the Bucegi Mountains, the Piatra Craiului Mountains and Magura Codlei, especially on sunny days. The living nature around the cottage offers a place of total recreation,  tranquility and good mood.
