90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

If you want to relax and disconnect, this house at the end of a dead-end road with views only of fields is for you. No one opposite. Your only neighbors may be cows or deer. The outdoor space is a real haven of peace. 2 hours from Paris, 25 km from Le Mans. Close to Sainte-Suzanne and Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, close to Lake Sillé. Lots of hiking trails

All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Nice accommodation in the countryside

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

"A break to the rhythm of nature"; Small cabin by the water, lulled by frogs and swans. Surrounded by old oaks, it is a perfect corner of nature to breathe. Ideal terrace to share a meal in the open air, a brazier to warm up your evenings. Inside, a cozy cocoon awaits you. Here, we disconnect, we breathe. And don't worry: the shops are very close, even if you feel far from everything.
