This was truly a peaceful place! Everything was as described and there were so many personalized touches that made this property unique - there was a welcome basket including items made in Georgia, smores kits/wood, detailed information on the property, recommendations in the area, and many ammenities (pantry/kitchen, bathroom, and laundry items that make for an easy stay)! We enjoyed watching our neighbors - their cows - grazing in the pasture every day! The scenery is so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Great place to relax and recharge!

The place is absolutely stunning. The sunroom was our favorite. It was the perfect place to get everyone together and have fun!

If I could give more stars, I would. We have been AirBnB users for over 7 years and Nina and Tony’s home was one of our best ever experiences and perfect in every way. Sparkling clean, safe/private, breathtakingly beautiful home and grounds, and fabulous amenities. We loved the mineral pool, and the hosts were so gracious and welcoming! House instructions were clear, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds, linens, and furniture were all of excellent quality and very comfortable. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is!

The house was perfect for my daughter’s spring wedding in the Tennessee mountains. There was enough bedrooms but would like more closets or some place to hang clothes. It was nice to have a lovely deck with a great view.

One word that was used a lot with our grown kids was: Epic! David was a great host!! Check in was easy. If you are looking something for everyone, this is where you need to stay!!!!!!! I am the owner of a rapidly growing medical company and I needed to host a strategic planning retreat for my Exec Team. I did not want to do this at a hotel and deal with families on vacation, kids, noises and a drab conference room with straight back chairs. I live in Cleveland so I decided to look for a nice home with pool and hot tub where we could meet in a relaxed environment, work on strategy for 5-6 hours, then relax by the pool. What we found is that we did as much work out in the rocking chairs or sitting by the pool as we did inside…so all I can say is that this was the perfect place for us to meet. The property is stunning, it’s quiet and peaceful and amazingly beautiful. No one will ever stay at this property and say it’s anything different. So yes, I highly recommend staying here.

Was a great choice for our stay in Cleveland! Very clean and just what we were looking for, all the way down to the drinks and snacks provided! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying here! It was super cozy and had great space for our whole family. It was also a close drive to any of the spots we were going to. We would definitely come back and totally recommend for someone to stay here!

Our stay was reasonably priced and only 20 minutes away from Howe Farms where we were attending a family wedding. The cozy Barndominium was a nice spot of calm in a chaotic weekend and it was very comfortable. Some of the furnishings may be a bit dated, and the rooster is not a reliable alarm clock (he decided 6 AM the first morning but 7:15 AM the next morning… tisk tisk. 😉), but we would all highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay in the area! Overall, it is good value for your money, very clean and comfortable, and you’d be hard pressed to find a more relaxing atmosphere than this little slice of solitude.

OUTSTANDING home and hostess !! Lovely home that is fitted with all the amenities you could want. Hostess kept in close communication and was very welcoming. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the home was spotless. If you are looking for a private setting with lots for the family to enjoy without leaving the property, this is the perfect choice. Close to everything in Cleveland with ease of traffic. Highly recommend .

If you’re looking for a historic homely feeling… this is it. Our family enjoy this home. There was plenty of room for sleeping. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The host and her husband were very polite & made sure we were comfortable. I really like that there wasn’t anything they have not thought about to make your stay a home away from home. This is an ideal place to rent in the summertime. The outdoor pavilion and the great dock with river access is ideal for a summer getaway. We enjoyed our stay here and might rent again during the summer season.

2 friends and I had went to the Perry Stone Sunmit. So we booked this house with Brook and Chase. It was very peaceful. Had lots of room and accommodations. It had an atmosphere of being AT HOME! I loved having the washer /dryer and the 2 bathrooms were awesome also. It was easy to find and easy to navigate through the city from where the house was. And everything we needed as far as food was not far away to go get and we cooked everything there. I loved having all that available. When you’re out busy all day into the night sometimes you just don’t feel like going out to a restaurant! And this was absolutely PERFECT for our 5 day stay!! Will definitely stay again when going back to Cleveland! Thanks to the both of you, for being great host!!

We stayed at this airbnb because this place was not far from Howe Farms where our daughter's wedding took place. The space was great for accommodating all of us! Some places say 8 guests and you walk in and it really accommodates 5-6 people. This home definitely sleeps 8 guests and can accommodate more with air mattresses if you bring them! The neighborhood is quiet and it's so peaceful! We would definitely stay there again!

The house was very clean, smelled good as we walked in and was super comfy for us. Lacey was super responsive anytime I messaged her. The fenced in backyard was so nice to have for our 2 dogs.

Kitchen was very well stocked if you plan to make meals there. Very convenient for Lee University visitors. Neighborhood was nice, not noisy and close to the walking trail. Communication with the host was very easy.

Great stay! Started out with me and my two older children and grand baby. Very spacious and super comfy! I ended up extending for the rest of the week! Aaron & Amy were great host very quick to respond and were happy to help me extend even when it was past check out. I do hope to come back in the near future!

Couldn’t have been more perfect! Host was extremely great at communicating (5-10 min usually). After 2 weeks in a hotel, walking inside felt like heaven. I was in the unusual position of being a “long term” renter due to repairs on my home. David was very accommodating, twice extending my dates. Always making sure I had everything I needed. Highly, and I mean HIGHLY, recommend staying at this or any other property he lists! His (and his wife’s) attention to details was unbelievable, not one thing was lacking!! Stay here and you won’t regret a thing!!
