Set in 5.5 Acres of grounds at Cronk-y-Voddy, with wonderful views to the North of the Island and, on clear days, views across the Irish Sea to Scotland. 5 miles from the City of Peel and 4 Miles from Kirk Michael, the Cottages are in a unique location, situated on the World-Famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Course. Quiet and tranquil most of the time, but right in the mix during the racing periods of the Isle of Man TT and the Manx Festival of Motor Cycling. Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

There is a bus (and horse tram) stop directly outside the front door and the centre of town a 10 minute walk away. Fully equipped with wi-fi and usual appliances. Free allocated parking for ONE vehicle (car or small van only) is available directly outside the property.

In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
