As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.

The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee. Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.

Luxury Wellness Retreat | Hot Tub & Sauna

Private garden studio with a dedicated wellness enclosure, offering a calm and restorative escape. Featuring a sauna, hot tub and ice bath (with chiller), it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying.
