A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Modern, bright recently refurbished seaside house with hot tub and conservatory. It is situated a few minutes walk from Bracklesham beach and Bracklesham Barn and ideally located for West Wittering, Goodwood and Chichester. The house has a spacious bright living room and dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and 2 wet rooms. Within a short distance are a number of local shops, restaurants and take aways.

The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee. Private garden studio with a dedicated wellness enclosure, offering a calm and restorative escape. Featuring a sauna, hot tub and ice bath (with chiller), it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying.
