This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

This was a great place to stay. We had a car and Morven’s place is a great place to easily access The Brisbane Entertainment Centre and also easy to get to a number of clubs for dinner. The locked front gate and the entry system made one feel very secure. The unit was exactly as described on the site which is always very pleasing. The unit was spotlessly clean and maintained. It is very spacious. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed. All in all, a perfect place for a couple for a short stay. Topped off by a very well behaved dog who visited us a couple of times. We would certainly stay here again. The communication with Moven was excellent and very timely.

The property was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was peaceful and set in stunning surroundings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were truly wonderful. We were welcomed with a thoughtful note and some treats for the family, and one day we were even spoiled with freshly baked muffins. The hosts checked in to ensure everything was going well and kindly offered some great local recommendations, which we really appreciated.

Caddy’s Home is a truly wonderful place to stay. We’ve stayed there before while visiting our children and grandchild that live not too far. Everything you need is there when you walk through the front door. Things that you wouldn’t even think of are provided. The furnishings are lovely. The home is pristine. The backyard with the lovely porch and the grass area is quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Just a short walk up to the sound, where there is a boardwalk that is at least a couple miles long out to a long pier into the ocean. Just wonderful. We look forward to the next time that we return to Sandgate/Brighton to visit our children and we won’t even look for somewhere else. We hope that this lovely home is available every time we come. Thank you so much Caddy for everything. Until next time. 🌞🙏

Nice price for what you got, the rooms are cleaned and cozy, and just feels like home. The only downside is that you can’t lock the room, and the house is shared by 4 rooms, so probably not a good idea to left valuables in room.
