Plus seasonal access to the indoor / outdoor pool at the Lakeview Hotel, which is only a 7 minute drive away.

Nearly new 2021 Alliance 340RL 5th wheel with plenty of room for cooking, dining, and sleeping. King size bed, plus fold out sofa. Huge walk-in shower. Heat - furnace and fireplace. A/C - 3 A/C units (can currently run only 2 at a time but plenty cool). All cooking necessities, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Keurig coffee station. Large residential refrigerator. Enjoy a quiet night by the fire outside at our fire pit. Camper is only available on property. Please no children, no pets.

We are close to lakes, off road trails, ski resorts, local bars/restaurants. Just staying in? We offer a dart board, double shot basketball hoop arcade game, and foosball table. Relax by the electric fireplace or sit around a firepit. With 9 beds and 1 and a half bath, there's space to comfortably accommodate 15 people +dogs.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.

Great for family summer vacation or cozy ski weekends. Very strong Wifi for folks that want to school and work from "vacation"!
