Monthly Rentals in Bowditch Point Park

Sandy's place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was close to the beach,stores were very close and there were many restaurants. Sandy was very responsive to some of our requests. My son and granddaughter joined us for a week and loved the location. There was a pool and exercise facility at the location. The pool and exercise room were very clean. We were very happy for the month that we stayed there. We are thinking of renting it again for next year.

We had the pleasure of staying the month of March - it was just what we’d hoped for! Great location, restaurants, the beaches, and especially the house; where we could relax and feel right at home. Jon took good care of us! We’d do it again - only stay longer 😃 Enjoy!

This is one of the best (if not the best) Airbnb's stays we've had. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. All the appliances were new and worked well. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Also, the condo is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Weberton was very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had.

The condo is very well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! Umbrellas, chairs, towels..all there! So nice! No problem checking in. You have your own parking spot so if you have you own vehicle there’s no additional charge for parking it on the property. We walked to Times Square for dinner a few nights and started our morning with a walk to the pier and back. The location is perfect if you are looking for something that is more on the quiet side. You walk right onto the beach which is what my husband and I wanted. I didn’t want to cross a street or walk two blocks to the beach access so the condos own beach access was great! Pool is very nice and refreshing! I highly suggest this condo for your relaxing beach vacation!
